About the role
We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist with a focus on Odoo to join our IT team. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling day‑to‑day ERP operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Odoo ERP, responding to user requests and guiding correct system usage.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track support tickets using a ticketing system.
- Reproduce and investigate issues, using SQL/PostgreSQL to verify data and identify configuration problems or bugs.
- Escalate complex problems to developers with clear reproduction steps and supporting information.
- Document common issues, create user guides, tutorials, and maintain an internal knowledge base.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience with Odoo ERP (preferably version 16) in a support or application‑support role.
- Basic understanding of logistics, accounting, and HR processes within an ERP environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Odoo ERP (version 16)
- Python programming basics
- SQL and PostgreSQL querying
- Experience with ticketing or system‑support tools
