Finishing Supervisor – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead finishing works on villa construction projects in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing block work, plastering, painting and tile installation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day finishing activities on construction sites.
• Monitor and coordinate block work, plastering, painting and tile installation.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers and other site teams.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects and enforce corrective actions.
• Track progress, manage material usage and minimize waste.
• Maintain safety standards and report progress and issues to site management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of supervision experience in finishing works, preferably on villa projects.
• Age between 27 and 32 years.
• Strong site supervision and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
