Finishing Supervisor – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to lead finishing works on villa construction projects across Bahrain. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation on site.
• Monitor progress, material usage, and waste minimisation.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions.
• Collaborate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
• Report progress and any finishing‑related issues to site management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on supervision experience in building finishing, preferably villa projects.
• Strong site coordination and communication abilities.
• Age between 27 and 32 years.
