Projects Manager – Fit‑out Construction

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects for retail, F&B, hotel and office spaces, ensuring delivery that meets client requirements, quality standards, safety, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Convert tender programmes into detailed construction schedules, define procurement needs and manage client meetings.
• Plan site set‑up, logistics, budgeting, subcontractor selection and allocation of internal resources such as QA/QC, Health & Safety and MEP management.
• Oversee construction sites, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress and report weekly to senior management.
• Approve interim payments, final accounts and valuations, and ensure proper hand‑over of O&M manuals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years total experience in fit‑out contracting, with at least 7‑8 years in the Middle East.
• Proven senior‑level leadership in managing multi‑disciplinary fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of current fit‑out market trends and ability to propose ideas to enhance brand presence.

Required skills

• Woodworking, joinery, timber, veneers and hardware manufacturing knowledge.
• QA/QC, Health & Safety and MEP coordination.
