General Manager - Deep Cleaning

About the role

The General Manager – Deep Cleaning leads the Deep Cleaning Division, driving growth and operational excellence across commercial, hospitality, industrial and construction sectors. Leveraging extensive 4‑star/5‑star hotel housekeeping experience, the role ensures world‑class service standards, safety, quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets and growth initiatives for the division.
• Identify new business opportunities, support tendering and contract acquisition, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee deep‑cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and timeline adherence.
• Establish operational procedures, service standards and quality‑control measures; conduct regular audits and corrective actions.
• Manage divisional budgets, monitor revenue, expenses and profitability; approve expenditures within delegated authority.
• Lead, motivate and develop large multicultural teams, ensuring adequate staffing, performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10‑15 years progressive experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning or facilities management, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale deep‑cleaning services (post‑construction, industrial, façade, high‑rise) and laundry operations.
• Track record of contract management, client relationship management and operational budget control.
• Experience leading multicultural workforces of 100+ employees, preferably within GCC countries.
