General Manager – Deep Cleaning

About the role

The General Manager – Deep Cleaning will lead and grow the Deep Cleaning Division, delivering world‑class housekeeping, laundry, hygiene and specialised cleaning services across commercial, hospitality, industrial and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets and growth initiatives for the division.
• Oversee deep‑cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with timelines.
• Maintain client relationships, fulfil contract obligations and drive customer retention.
• Lead, motivate and develop large multicultural teams, managing staffing, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, identifying cost‑saving opportunities while preserving service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10‑15 years progressive experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning or facilities management, with at least 5 years in senior management overseeing large‑scale operations.
• Proven experience in 4‑star or 5‑star hotel environments and managing specialised cleaning services such as post‑construction, industrial and high‑rise cleaning.
• Track record in contract management, client relationship management and operational budget control.
