Hotel Manager - 5-Star Luxury Resort

About the role

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, a 5-star luxury resort in Manama, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead hotel operations, drive business performance and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences. The role combines operational leadership with commercial acumen, ensuring high service standards while maximising profitability and developing the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, GOP improvement, profitability and business performance.
• Previous experience in the Middle East luxury hospitality market, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC region.
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

• Lead hotel operations and drive business performance.

• Manage operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop the team, engage Heartists and plan for succession.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management.
