Insights Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead analytics, performance management and commercial intelligence across our construction projects. The role is fully remote and supports the entire project lifecycle, from tendering to final account settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement insights, analytics, reporting frameworks and governance aligned with project objectives.
• Lead business insights from pre‑award activities through construction, variations, claims and final settlement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, commercial, procurement, legal, finance and executive teams.
• Analyse and present project, commercial, operational and financial data to support decision‑making.
• Create management dashboards, performance indicators, trend analysis and forecasts.
• Establish reporting procedures covering cost, schedule, variations, claims, payments, risk and compliance.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and milestones.
• Review payment applications, valuations, interim certificates and commercial reconciliations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in construction analytics, commercial management or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven track record of delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
