Licensed Nurse (NHRA) – Occupational Health

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Nurse (NHRA) to join our team in Bahrain. The Nurse will lead employee health initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all staff at our restaurant group.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid treatment and emergency medical response on‑site.
• Maintain accurate health records and conduct routine medical examinations for employees.
• Deliver health‑and‑safety training and education to staff.
• Monitor compliance with local health regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement workplace health policies.

Required profile

• Valid NHRA license and registered nursing qualification.
• Strong knowledge of health‑and‑safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational attention to detail for record‑keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in occupational health is a plus.
