About the role

We are looking for a polished, customer‑focused Luxury Watch Sales Associate/Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for clients interested in premium timepieces. The role combines deep product knowledge with personalized service to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences, budgets and occasions, and recommend suitable luxury watches.
• Present collections professionally, explaining design details, movements, materials and distinctive features.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new releases, brand heritage and market developments.
• Support sales activities, achieve individual and store targets, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records, assist with merchandising and follow brand guidelines for handling valuable merchandise.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in luxury watches.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to work flexible retail schedules.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with email and digital customer‑management tools.
