Project Planner – Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients to keep projects on track and ensure material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project timelines, detailed schedules and baseline plans for each project.
• Identify critical‑path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Create dashboards, tracking reports and weekly/monthly progress updates for management.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Support material and resource management by coordinating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team.
• Monitor order status, escalate delivery issues and track material lead times.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and regular reporting.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (or similar advanced scheduling software).
• Microsoft Project.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology.
• Dashboard creation and reporting tools.
• Baseline schedule development and update.
