About the role

This internship offers university students a hands‑on experience in sales and marketing within a luxury hotel environment. You will work alongside seasoned professionals at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain, learning how the brand delivers its renowned Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales and marketing team in daily operations and guest outreach.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials and digital content.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
• Help coordinate events, meetings, and special offers.
• Observe and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury hospitality and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
