About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and property while delivering the brand’s hallmark of discretion and service. The role involves maintaining a safe environment in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure a secure environment.
• Control access points, verify identification of guests, staff, and vendors.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and guest concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
• Uphold Four Seasons’ commitment to guest privacy and exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of security experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end environment.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
