About the role
The company is a leading medical device manufacturer seeking a Senior Service Engineer for its Bahrain office. The role involves delivering on‑site technical support, installations and maintenance for a range of medical equipment across an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
- Lead technical support activities and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate installations, training and service resources while maintaining documentation, tools and spare‑parts inventory.
- Mentor junior Service Engineers and monitor service performance to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Bahraini nationals preferred.
- Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Minimum five years of field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on‑site support.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
