About the role

The company is a leading medical device manufacturer seeking a Senior Service Engineer for its Bahrain office. The role involves delivering on‑site technical support, installations and maintenance for a range of medical equipment across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
Lead technical support activities and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Coordinate installations, training and service resources while maintaining documentation, tools and spare‑parts inventory.
Mentor junior Service Engineers and monitor service performance to achieve targets.

Required profile

Bahraini nationals preferred.
Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related field.
Minimum five years of field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on‑site support.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
