Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position involves guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on required repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, documenting customer requests and vehicle details.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills and experience with relevant automotive service software.
