Waiter/Waitress (All Day Dining)

About the role

Join the All‑Day Dining team at The Westin Bahrain City Centre and deliver memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well‑served throughout their meal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and attend to their tables.
• Serve food and beverages, offering recommendations and answering menu questions.
• Record orders and transactions accurately using the MICROS POS system.
• Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction with each course and drink.
• Maintain clean tables, perform closing duties, and restock tableware and supplies.

Required profile

• Excellent conversational and teamwork skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in guest well‑being.
• Previous serving experience is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
