Aftersales Manager – Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its Service and Parts divisions in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position will drive profitability, ensure top‑class customer service, and support the growth of our automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments to meet business targets.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximise revenue and departmental profitability.
• Handle escalated customer complaints to maintain the highest satisfaction levels.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing aftersales team.
• Manage parts inventory, including stock levels, ordering and logistics.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and financial budgets, reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or senior equivalent, preferably in luxury automotive.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related software.
