About the role
The Mining Commercial Manager reports to the Mining COE Director and is responsible for ensuring that every commercial proposal delivers a strong value proposition to customers. The role supports profitable top‑line growth across Mantrac Mining Business Units.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate all commercial proposals to demonstrate clear value to customers.
- Manage the full commercial deal lifecycle, including supplier pricing, shipping costs, product support provisions, and profitability analysis.
- Drive the Mining Prime Product sales pipeline to achieve 100% participation in tender processes.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to all tender invitations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial management within the mining sector.
- Strong analytical skills to assess proposal profitability and cost structures.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and product support teams.
- Track record of meeting sales pipeline targets and tender participation goals.
