Assistant Barista

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Barista to join our team in the Northern Governorate, Bahrain. You will work on‑site supporting the coffee bar, helping to craft high‑quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked work area.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a café or restaurant is a plus.
