Assistant Barista

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Barista to join our team in the Northern Governorate, Bahrain. You will work on‑site supporting the coffee bar, helping to craft high‑quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked work area.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in barista techniques.
- Basic food preparation skills.
