About the role

The Branch Sales and Service Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank's client base by engaging new-to-bank (NTB) customers, primarily employees of corporate partners. This position combines on‑site marketing, relationship building, and sales of payroll and retail banking products.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with NTB clients who are employees of corporate entities collaborating with the Relationship Banking team.
  • Conduct on‑site marketing activities and roadshows to boost brand visibility within corporate environments.
  • Use corporate‑provided employee lists to target potential clients and introduce them to the bank’s product portfolio.
  • Focus initially on payroll accounts and anchor retail products, then expand to broader retail banking solutions.
  • Explain bank propositions and product features clearly, ensuring clients understand benefits and eligibility.
  • Apply customer‑centric, needs‑based selling by segmenting clients and tailoring the sales approach.
  • Manage procedural requirements, including pre‑sending product bundle descriptions, conducting remote KYC, and collecting documentation for new account openings.
  • Maintain operational excellence by minimizing errors in applications and documentation.
  • Uphold the bank’s brand values and service standards through professional sales and marketing practices.
