Sales Representative – Beauty

About the role

Join a leading e‑commerce retailer as a Beauty Sales Representative in Bahrain. You will provide personalized skincare consultations, share your passion for beauty products, and create memorable shopping experiences that drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their skin concerns and recommend tailored products.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients and usage to build confidence.
• Maintain strong relationships through follow‑up, handling inquiries, feedback and concerns.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by leveraging product knowledge.
• Promote new launches, K‑beauty trends and in‑store campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels, report low or expiring items and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with product checks, visual merchandising and display hygiene.
• Support events, promotions and product launches.
• Share highlights on social media to boost engagement.
• Process payments via POS systems and manage exchanges or refunds efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of retail, sales or skincare experience (not mandatory).
• Passion for skincare and current beauty trends.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail in product presentation.
• Calm and professional handling of customer concerns.
• Good English; Arabic is a plus.
