About the role
The Call Center Agent handles both inbound and outbound telephone interactions, combining sales initiatives with customer service support. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced phone environment and enjoy building relationships with callers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products or services during calls, aiming to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed call records and update relevant systems after each interaction.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with a high level of energy and drive.
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Comfortable handling both sales conversations and service‑oriented queries.
