About the role

Join PwC's Middle East Assurance practice as an External Audit Senior Associate, focusing on insurance clients. You will work within a collaborative team to deliver high‑quality audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and building trust with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financial statements for regulatory compliance.
• Examine accounting records, inventory, plant and equipment.
• Test internal controls and processes.
• Engage with client personnel through written and oral inquiries.
• Research industry information prior to engagements.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to managers or partners.
• Take ownership of external audit file completion and budget variance analysis.
• Review associate work, provide on‑job training and constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to risk, quality and independence standards.
