About the role
The Guest Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. You will be responsible for setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Follow safety, uniform, and company policy guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
