Guest Service Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Hawar Resort, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure. You will represent the values of Mantis and the Accor brand while providing personalized, professional service to a diverse, eco‑focused clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
• Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions following financial controls.
• Utilize the Opera Property Management System for reservations, registrations, and guest profile management.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to issues.
• Professional grooming and presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS or a similar property management system.
