Recreation/Pool Attendant

About the role

As a Recreation/Pool Attendant at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will ensure the pool and surrounding recreation areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You will deliver friendly service, support poolside activities, and help maintain a relaxing environment that reflects the resort’s conservation values.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment operation.
• Provide towel service, assist guests with poolside activities, and respond to special requests.
• Enforce safety rules, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure compliance with pool guidelines.
• Maintain poolside furnishings, remove debris, and keep amenities such as umbrellas and towels in good condition.
• Assist in organizing water aerobics, games, and other recreational events.
• Inspect and report any equipment damage or maintenance needs.
• Track inventory of pool supplies and support stock replenishment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; safety or recreation certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar pool or resort setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of pool safety procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain pool equipment.
