About the role
C3EL is looking for a Help Desk Tier I Support professional to join its team at the NSA facility in Bahrain. As the first line of defense, you will provide prompt technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT services for mission‑critical users.
Key responsibilities
- Perform laptop imaging and deployment for new and replacement devices.
- Conduct basic IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts in a Microsoft domain environment.
- Add and remove computers from the domain and assign users to appropriate groups with correct permissions.
- Create and manage Exchange mailboxes and resolve email‑related problems.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and map shared printers.
- Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking.
Required profile
- Active U.S. Government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with IT systems.
- At least 4 years in IT customer support.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a military environment.
- One of the following certifications: A+, CE, CCNA‑Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for mission support.
