Luxury Spa & Health Club Manager (Director Spa) – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Spa & Health Club Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury spa destination in Manama, Bahrain. This senior position will shape the design, development, and opening of a flagship wellness facility slated for 2026, while overseeing an already renovated health and fitness club.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for both spa and health club operations.
• Influence spa design, layout, technical features, and guest experience during the second design phase.
• Lead pre‑opening activities, including menu development, branding, recruitment, and staff training.
• Manage a team of 15‑20 professionals, collaborating with HR on hiring and development.
• Work with hotel leadership on financial performance, pricing, retail sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning in the luxury wellness market.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Director of Spa in a luxury hotel, resort, or branded wellness facility.
• Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern spa culture and guest expectations; regional experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong asset and preferred when qualifications are equal.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership, and a passion for creating extraordinary wellness experiences.
