Waiter/Waitress – Server at Sushi Samba

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Sushi Samba, part of Conrad Bahrain. In this front‑of‑house position you will ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience through attentive service and thorough knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guest queries promptly and courteously.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu items and specials.
• Keep all floor stations well stocked and ready for service (mise‑en‑place).
• Accurately record and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues that arise.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Observe hotel security, fire safety and health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
