Product Manager – Centralized Operations Hub (COHUB)

About the role

The Centralized Operations Hub (COHUB) Product Manager will lead the design, development and scaling of a digital platform that unifies remote management, real‑time monitoring and data‑driven decision‑making across multiple sites. You will work closely with technical teams and operational stakeholders to turn manual processes into automated, SOP‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, identify centralisation opportunities and align COHUB roadmap with business goals.
• Translate operational workflows (parking, valet, car‑wash, golf, incident management, customer handling) into standardized digital processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to design dashboards, tracking tools and integrate systems such as YooPlatform, LPR, CCTV, IMS and Intercom.
• Build features for staff location, attendance tracking, productivity monitoring and workforce allocation to reduce on‑site supervision.
• Drive continuous improvement by spotting inefficiencies, leading automation pilots and scaling successful models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, system implementation or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of operations in parking, valet or facility management environments.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar dashboarding tools).
• System integration experience with platforms such as YooPlatform, LPR, CCTV, IMS, Intercom.
