About the role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales across our oil & gas, construction, and fitness infrastructure projects in Bahrain. The role combines product expertise with client‑facing activities to expand market presence and deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell concrete reinforcement and bar‑bending schedule solutions to construction clients.
- Develop and grow relationships with industrial and energy customers in the oil & gas sector.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in sports infrastructure and fitness facility projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in petroleum, power, or construction industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a relevant diploma.
- Strong communication and client‑relationship skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
