About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales across our oil & gas, construction, and fitness infrastructure projects in Bahrain. The role combines product expertise with client‑facing activities to expand market presence and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell concrete reinforcement and bar‑bending schedule solutions to construction clients.
  • Develop and grow relationships with industrial and energy customers in the oil & gas sector.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in sports infrastructure and fitness facility projects.
  • Prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.

Required profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in petroleum, power, or construction industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a relevant diploma.
  • Strong communication and client‑relationship skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
