About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our luxury watch business in Manama. You will shape sales strategy, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue for our unique wearable art pieces.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Oversee daily sales operations and monitor market trends.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to maximize sales performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales data to inform tactics and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Demonstrated success in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
