Studio Manager – Spa Operations

About the role

The Studio Manager will supervise and coordinate all spa service activities, including salon, skin‑care, massage, reservations, reception, and locker‑room operations. This full‑time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting the spa’s operating budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and act as Spa Director in their absence.
• Ensure staff have necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Manage budgets, operating statements, payroll reports, and inventory within allocated limits.
• Maintain cleanliness of all spa areas and equipment.
• Drive guest satisfaction by handling feedback, complaints, and empowering staff to deliver high‑quality service.
• Conduct HR activities: gather employee feedback, enforce policies, support training, and participate in performance and disciplinary processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related field.
