Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Armacell is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receipt, issuance, and inventory management of finished goods, raw materials, and consumables. You will ensure accurate SAP entries, maintain safety stock levels, and support efficient loading of trailers and containers.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily receipts of finished goods and incoming items in SAP.
• Issue raw materials and consumables to the operations team on a mutually agreed schedule.
• Report daily consumption, flagging any irregularities.
• Monitor stock levels, raise replenishment requests, and maintain minimum safety stock (one month for consumables, two months for raw material, including goods in transit).
• Optimize trailer/container loading to maximize cost‑effectiveness and identify unused space.
• Track scrap removal, disposal, and overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Train warehouse staff on SAP transactions and barcode usage for data accuracy.
• Support any additional tasks assigned by SCM or management to improve performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety measures and WAM requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiarity with SAP for inventory transactions.
• Ability to train and guide staff on system usage.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
