Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their business needs are understood and met. This role focuses on client satisfaction, account growth, and the seamless delivery of products or services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships by building trust and understanding business needs.
• Monitor client satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, technical and other internal teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, prepare proposals or presentations, and support commercial discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, activities, opportunities, and outstanding matters.
• Prepare regular account reports, updates, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development by suggesting process improvements and service enhancements.
