Beauty Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Beauty Advisor to join our store in Bahrain. You will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of cosmetics and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on a wide range of cosmetics products and accessories.
• Demonstrate make‑up application techniques and recommend products that meet customer needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer, tally cash at shift start and end, and manage refunds.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor store security, uphold housekeeping standards and report inventory movements.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales or festivals.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and able to convey a professional image.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to identify client requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak‑season periods.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling and inventory recording.
