Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the performance and growth of a leading destination in Bahrain. The role involves turning data on visitors, memberships and revenue into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze visitor, membership and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor customer behavior, spending patterns and provide regular reports and dashboards.
• Develop recommendations to improve customer experience, increase engagement and boost revenue.
• Support implementation and tracking of business improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and leadership teams to gather data and execute projects.
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotions, events and new initiatives.
• Conduct market research and benchmark industry trends and best practices.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and operational support to management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, financial analysis, consulting or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or other customer‑facing industries is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
