About the role
RMK Group is seeking a motivated Barista to join the team at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Bahrain. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality coffee and a variety of beverages according to brand standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate order taking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to brand guidelines.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer‑focused, professional, and reliable.
- Flexible to work different shifts and willing to learn.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
