Business Development Intern

About the role

Nerdlogic is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support its growth initiatives in Manama. You will work closely with business, marketing, product, and engineering teams to uncover market opportunities, engage potential clients, and help translate ideas into digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential customers, industries, and market trends to identify qualified leads.
• Support outbound lead‑generation activities, including outreach messages, presentations, and proposals.
• Communicate with prospects, schedule meetings, and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to match Nerdlogic’s solutions to client needs.
• Maintain and organize lead data, track outreach activities, and update CRM records.
• Analyse competitors, market dynamics, and emerging partnership possibilities.
• Participate in client meetings, sales discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
• Suggest and test new approaches for lead generation and business growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in startups, technology, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building professional relationships.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, confident, and able to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn about technology and understand business challenges.
