Butler Assistant

About the role

The Butler Assistant supports the legendary Raffles Butler team in delivering personalised, emotional luxury to guests at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain. Working closely with senior butlers, you will ensure suites and maxi‑bars are perfectly prepared, stocked and maintained throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist butlers with suite and maxi‑bar set‑ups, ensuring all items are recorded and charged to guest accounts.
• Provide guest services such as unpacking, packing, light laundry handling, shoe‑shine, and removal of used tableware.
• Maintain Butler work areas, pantries, stores and equipment, following daily hygiene procedures.
• Stock and replenish Butler trolleys, dedicated pantries and in‑room dining amenities according to Butler instructions.
• Communicate promptly via calls and instant messages with the Butler you support and other hotel departments.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation, share preferences with the Butler team, and act as a liaison between guests and hotel services.
• Report any security incidents and ensure compliance with Accor Hotels values.

Required profile

• Full knowledge of suite layouts, room categories and VIP guest expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with Butler supervisors and other hotel teams.
• Proactive attitude with a keen sense of hospitality and guest‑centric service.
