About the role
Accor is looking for a Cluster Housekeeping Manager in Manama to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Housekeeping department. The manager ensures that the facility and guest rooms stay clean and orderly, while keeping staff aligned with safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department so that the facility and guest rooms remain clean and orderly.
- Ensure staff comply with local and company policies on safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
- Make sure projects, department milestones and goals are met and within budget.
- Organize workflow and make sure associates understand their duties and delegated tasks.
Required profile
- At least 6 years of experience in Housekeeping, including 3 years at management level.
- High degree of professionalism, with sound human resources management and business acumen.
- Team player with dedication.
- English and conversational Arabic / Hindi.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
