Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to join Mabrook’s fast‑growing team in Manama. You will be responsible for turning ideas, product features and trends into short‑form videos and social posts that capture attention across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original content concepts from scratch and develop compelling hooks, headlines and captions.
• Produce short‑form videos, posts and social‑first campaigns that showcase Mabrook’s features.
• Identify emerging trends and react quickly to create timely, shareable content.
• Script, shoot and coordinate the production of videos, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Test different formats, analyse performance data and iterate to improve engagement.
• Help shape Mabrook’s social personality, voice and overall brand presence.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio or social‑media profile that demonstrates original content creation.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent grasp of hooks, retention tactics and shareable storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, generate ideas without constant direction.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

• Basic video editing and production.
