Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Lead to build and run a brand‑new content team for a fast‑growing youth engagement platform operating across the GCC. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the brand voice, editorial strategy, and social output from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full content function, including brand voice, editorial strategy, social output and partner activations.
• Recruit, develop and lead a multidisciplinary content team (creatives, videographers, copywriters).
• Manage the editorial calendar end‑to‑end, from ideation to production and publishing.
• Direct creative direction across TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat and partner campaign assets.
• Produce bilingual (English and Arabic) content that resonates with Gulf youth culture.
• Set and track content KPIs tied to engagement and commercial outcomes, collaborating with the CEO on brand positioning and market launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a content team, not just contributing as an individual creator.
• Track record of delivering measurable video‑content results.
• Deep, native understanding of Gulf youth culture, preferably built through hands‑on creation.
• Comfortable working in both English and Arabic; bilingual fluency is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
