Corporate Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for our Food & Beverage division in Bahrain. This full‑time position will focus on acquiring new corporate accounts, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts within the Food & Beverage sector across Bahrain.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to spot new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and passionate about the F&B sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
