Sales Representative – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to be the face of our premium retail experience. You will combine product knowledge with a customer‑first mindset to provide personalized consultations, support store operations, and help achieve sales targets while creating memorable experiences for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and suggest products based on preferences, budget, and style.
• Demonstrate product features, handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Process exchanges, refunds, and various payment methods accurately; balance cash register each shift.
• Monitor stock levels, report low or out‑of‑stock items, and coordinate replenishments with operations.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and preparation for special events or promotions.
• Promote products and in‑store events on social media to boost engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer‑facing roles (experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Passion for retail, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Target‑driven mindset with attention to detail in presentation and visual merchandising.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Understanding of payment processing procedures.
