About the role
Join the Finance & Operations team as a Cost Controller for a diverse portfolio of food‑and‑beverage brands. You will play a key part in improving financial efficiency and supporting sustainable growth across multiple outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets for several F&B brands.
- Track costs, analyse variances and produce detailed financial reports for management.
- Identify expense‑reduction opportunities and lead supplier negotiations.
- Conduct outlet visits and inventory checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Set and review recipe pricing to maintain profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven cost‑control experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Preference for candidates residing in Bahrain.
Required skills
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
