Cost Controller – F&B Division

About the role

Join the Finance & Operations team as a Cost Controller for a diverse portfolio of food‑and‑beverage brands. You will play a key part in improving financial efficiency and supporting sustainable growth across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets for several F&B brands.
• Track costs, analyse variances and produce detailed financial reports for management.
• Identify expense‑reduction opportunities and lead supplier negotiations.
• Conduct outlet visits and inventory checks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Set and review recipe pricing to maintain profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven cost‑control experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Preference for candidates residing in Bahrain.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
