Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead pricing, positioning and inventory strategies for multiple hotels in the region. This senior role balances financial objectives across lodging products to maximize revenue and profit while collaborating with General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and generate regular reports on transient, wholesale and group segments.
• Develop and communicate sales and pricing strategies, implement revenue tests, and adjust rate restrictions based on market conditions.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information, monitor distribution channels, and ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide strategic input to property leaders, support pricing decisions, and drive revenue‑maximizing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with 1 year relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to produce timely reports and presentations, and experience working with revenue management systems.
